    Always feel like I'm getting my hair cut by proffessionals. The hair stylists are very welcoming.

    I had an appointment for 1:15 but due to certain circumstances I wasn't going to make it on time. So I called at 12:50 and let them know id be 5-10 minutes late and I showed up at 1:27. She told me she started working on another client that would take 45 minutes. So instead of calling me and letting me know, they completely wasted my time. I was considerate in letting them know that I might be a bit late but I will never be going there again.
