  I love the staff at Regis. Julie is my stylist and she is awesome. Always on time, so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I have such faith in her that I sit in her chair and say "what do you think". She is an artist. Her ideas are great and she is professional and very pleasant. It's a pleasure to go to Regis. Dustin is the manager. He is fabulous as well. I notice that he helps the staff and offers advise when they want it. A smart dedicated stylist. He and Julie sure set the tone for Regis. Great representation. I would absolutely recommend Regis as my own experience there has been 100% perfect. Thanks guys. I think that Julie should be assistant manager. She is that great.

  I usually come to Jacksonville prior to shoots and trust the stylist here. Only one man is sweet and nice. The others are snobby and a bit stand offish. The new receptionist older woman with red hair was not estatic to help set up an appointment. You can see the disgust in wanting to help frustrated asking if I've been here before, and acted like I didn't belong there. So she set it up didn't smile and said ok set it up. I'm going to go back to letting my agents set up with a better salon. Bad customer service and horrible attitude.

  My daughter has long straight hair you would think a trim would be pretty straight forward....but apparently it's not when you have it cut at Regis. she lost two inches of hair not a big deal.... if it was even or well blended but she has uneven chunks taken out on the ends and one side is longer. I called the manger and he did offer to fix it but my daughter is not willing to risk losing another two inches. I had asked for a store credit towards waxing or other services since she has been a customer in the past and was flat out told no.... that they do not give store credits I was sorry to hear that REGIS you have now lost my daughter, myself and all of her friends who use your service due to the poor service regarding a $35.00 hair cut

  The two stylists that have cut my hair have been fantastic. I have curly hair so I am always nervous getting it cut. My hair always turns out great and it's never that awkward small talk with them, they are very personable and nice. It is always quick and easy setting up an appointment too, they are very accommodating.

  They clearly state they are open till 10pm. Showed up 915pm shoved me away. Three employees sitting down waiting till close. Very disappointing. If you say you are open till 10, I expect you serve the customers that come in before 10. Should say on the site close when they feel like it...
