    I gave 1 stars for the cozy sitting arrangement and great music. But the customer service sucks big time. No greetings, no smiling! Seems like the employees really don't want to work there. The products are not that great either! This Second Cup used to be such a great place!

    Nice place to sit and relax and just have a conversation. Bread was a little on the dry side. The rest of the sandwich was good.

    The staff were super friendly first thing in the morning, they made a great recommendation for my hot beverage on a cold day. Sat in the lobby for a while on the free wifi, drank my coffee and ate my scone. Staff never pressured me to hurry or leave when it got busy, witch was very nice. 5/5
