    I had repairs here on 2 different occasions and you can not tell there was ever damage to the vehicle. 5 stars on the repair. 4 stars because I had to fight with them about the insurance deductible. They will try and collect it even if it has been waived by your insurance company.

    Tried to book an appointment for a recal. They told me they would call when the part came in, never got a call. Finally they call and say why didn't you come in for your appointment. Frustrating.

    I have had two vehicles in for repair and both times it has been an absolute JOKE! The amount of disorganization between such a small group of people is astounding. My truck went in first for a repair and apparently "Chris" is the only one that had the ability to book an appointment. It literally took me 4 days to contact him via telephone. I left numerous voice mail messages and it was only by chance that on day 4 he actually picked up the phone. A very unpleasing experience to say the least. My wife's vehicle also ended up needing repair. It took again, a lengthy time to get an appointment scheduled, and even longer to get the initial appraisal appointment. Parts had to be ordered and we received a call stating the parts were in stock and to make arrangements with our insurance to have a rental vehicle etc etc. We did so, showed up first thing on a Monday morning to drop her vehicle off, and no one knew why we were there. There were no parts for her vehicle and they denied even calling! I recognized the girls voice at the front desk and told her that SHE was the one who called and then began the back peddling. Several excuses until finally the response was, listen, the parts aren't here so you'll get a call when they arrive. Again...a deceft with my ford truck for the infamous door lock issue...I called several weeks ago to ask about getting it fixed...I was told that I'd get a call when the parts were in. I called back today inquiring about the parts and was told I had to come in for an assessment!!! No one told me that. I said that to Chris on the phone, then he told me, "oh the system changed now and that's what we have to do". I can honestly say...if I had known that I would have to deal with such an unorganized company as Cabot Collision...I never would have purchased from Cabot Ford. I give their work a 5 star rating, but they really need work on the organizational side of things.

    Fantastic service. I used to go to Avalon Ford for my service but got turned off from them due to poor service. I gave Cabot a try and I've been there twice now. Both times they've gotten my vehicle in on time, and finished with 15 minutes of when they told me it would be ready. The mechanics on staff come out and go through the vehicle report card with you so you're getting the description from the individual who completed the maintenance.
