  Service was OK, the sales person didn't do a walk through of the vehicle before they cleaned it, when we showed up to pick up the vehicle we checked it over and there were spots that didn't get cleaned the bed of the truck wasn't touched. Told service guy about it they went back over it but we're very condescending and there was still debris in the back of the truck when we left. It was an ok job we paid 249 plus tax for the complete detail package and I don't feel it was complete. We were even told that only 10% of their business is personal vehicles that's probably why it lacked personal feel. I feel like I could have done just as good of a job myself but that's why I brought it there because it's supposed to be better.

  I've been dealing with Hickman's for over 20 years always a pleasant experience . We've purchased 6 vehicles Mr. Mike Ryan being our first sales associate and then moving on to Mrs. Gail Snow once Mike moved to the service dept. always look forward to dealing with this team.

  Cars dont last for what you pay. over priced for mechanical labour.
