  I recently visited to have 4 rings sized, was told prices per ring would be $25 a ring for 3 ladies rings and $35 for a gentlemens. They call me to come pick them up, I find out the actual cost is $35 a ring for the ladies rings they then tell me that my gentlemens ring still isn't ready. On inspection 2 of the 3 ladies rings are terribly done with only 33% of the width of the ring where the sizing had been completed. They said they would fix those 2 and call me back. I get called back 3 days later( a week in total time) the ladies rings are done properly this time. but I'm told my gentlemans ring couldn't be sized because of the mounting and needed to be sent away to a specialist in Montreal. I was reluctant to do this (had since found my lifetime warranty for the ring as it was bought at the same store originally) but since there was no cost to me to have the work done I agreed. They then told me this would take 3-4 weeks (even though they told me they use FedEx overnight express shipping). I get a call yesterday to tell me my rings ready. I go pick it up only to find my ring has been damaged whit a large warp/dent on one side (I find this out by my own inspection) they did offer to replace the ring but told me in will take 12 weeks to ship in a new one. I have been left feeling dumbfounded by level of service I have received from this company. There terrible craftsmanship has me regreting ever purchasing something from them to begin with. as I now have no confidence if a problem should ever arise that I will have quality work done. I will be without my beloved ring for 4 months in total (assuming no more issues) will have had to make 5 separate trips to the store. If you are thinking of making a purchase I would advise against patronizing this establishment. Would have rated half a star if possible.
