    I was pleased with my service and i like the local aspect. however I had expected a genuine GIA or similar genuine certificate (from a certified diamond grading facility) with a fairly expensive purchase but did not get anything of the sort. i did get an appraisal from them however. i blame myself for not asking more questions and being clear on what i wanted so i still recommend this store; just dont make the mistake i did!

    I have to admit that some of the jewelry at this store is quite lovely. That being said, I would not purchase from this business again and I would certainly not recommend it. Very, very poor customer service.
