    Really not impressed. Dropped a bed sheet and two pillow cases that had been stained. Explained the issue to a staff that did not seem very interested. Picked them up 2 days later, paid around $11, and realized when back home they had the exact same issue. Drove back to the store on Sunday, explained the issue, and the staff told me she could not do anything and I would have to come back during week-days to talk to the person that served me in the first place. So three trips and $11 after I decided to wash it myself and had not issue to get the stain removed after all. I guess the baseline is that I paid for a service I did not get and am more skilled than professional (deluxe) dry cleaners when it comes to wash things... Very poor service and poor outcome overall.

    I came at 3:58 they close at 6:00pm. They were already closed at 3;58. Terrible service.
