    I tried to apply the out of province medical coverage certificate on Dec 20 or 23, then they canceled my MCP WITHOUT A NOTICE! I AM A NEWFOUNDLAND RESIDENT AND I DO PAY FOR THEIR TAX! NOW I DO NOT HAVE A MEDICAL PLAN IN CANADA! So EVIL! They even did not put any clear regulations on mcp website, then fool you around after you dropped off your application.

    After looking up the address, I saw that the reviews were quite low. My experience at the MCP office couldn’t have gone better. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with my new card. The staff was pleasant and wonderful to deal with. A+

    Seriously the rudest and most degrading staff I have ever dealt with. Since when did our healthcare plan become stricter then the boarder. Soulless, Incapable, incompetent and entitled staff run the place you'd swear they are all criminals .

    parking is decent (it's also free) and the lineups move quickly. building is well laid out and is well kept
