  Had a great time with my family while staying in St. John's and our room was great. We had a king bed and a pullout couch which worked perfectly for my family. One time during the night the boats made a bit of noise that woke us up but it wasn't overly loud. The staff were very friendly and were accommodating as well when we asked for an extra pillow and blanket. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Overall a great time.

  Friendly staff, clean interior, nice roomy rooms. Elevator. Allow deliveries to come straight to your room so you don't have to go out and about if you don't feel like it!

  This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I was again upgraded to a junior suite facing the harbour. The room is on the 4th floor and seems to be a bit quieter than the ones on lower floors. The room is very clean and layout was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay here again.

  A very clean modern hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very basic but it was very clean and modern. Each room had a mini fridge plus a microwave as well as kitchenette sink. There was a little market place where you could buy chips, snacks and toiletries. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the morning and it was quite good. The hotel had very good service. The staff was very professional and very friendly. The view wasn't top bad either from our room. There were also several restaurants and bars within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

  Very clean hotel with polite staff and modern finishes. The only complaint I have with the hotel is the internet connection which could use some improvement. The internet in my room and the lobby was often slow making working remotely difficult at times. The restaurant offers limited options but everything on the menu is cooked well while offering comfort portion sizes.
