  We were satisfied with our stay, but our expectations were reasonable going into it. It is a budget hotel, and feels like it, but it is conveniently located approx 1km away from several amenities like a grocery store, liquor store, Tim Hortons and other stores. It's about a 15 min walk or only a few minutes in a car. We like rooms with basic kitchenettes to keep water and basic grocery food available, and this room is well furnished with coffee maker, kettle, fridge, stovetop burners, microwave, toaster as well as a kit you can get from the from desk (for free) with plates, cutlery and glasses. It's rather basic, clean enough but has several conveniences that make it, for us, a more sensible choice than a higher end, luxury hotel where you can even make a tea or coffee in your own room. (We've stayed in, and hated those.) If you value these functions and amenities, then this is certainly a good enough choice.

  Fantastic hotel with great friendly service. Each room includes a kitchenette which helps save on food costs.

  Not bad but could be a whole lot better. Room was unbearably hot and the ac was a racket.

  Currently staying at this hotel for a course I'm doing with the government. The hotel is well maintained I've found so far. My room is excellent! Made fresh every day. The only downside I find is their breakfast room. Could be better

  It's really clean... Staff are really nice... If you need a long term stay for hospital appointments it's good... But for the price ($144 when I checked) there are much nicer hotels for a similar price if not cheaper. If this was a $100 to $120 hotel it would get 4 stars.
