    Summer accommodation is clean, quiet and very cheap (comparatively). The downside of being so cheap is its very basic. Rooms bare, no sink and no kettle... bizarrely there was a fully equipped kitchen but not a single plate, cup, or cutlery... let alone a pan. If you want to self cater, come prepared. I'd you stay and are going onto the airport, take the bus... bargain at $2.25.

    It's a valuable place to stay as a tourist and especially great for those who want to explore the university.

    The only good thing is the price. Very cheap accommodation in St. John's which is hard to find in the summer. Beds were uncomfortable, rooms weren't very clean, parking was extra $$, breakfast was just stale muffins and toast etc. Didn't have high expectations as this is a university of course, but stayed at the university in Halifax and it was much better.
