  I had a very positive experience. About 2 months ago I bought a beta fish as a kit where I received the tank as well. The employee that helped me and answered all my questions was awesome. My fish is very happy and I am now teaching him tricks. A positive experience all round. :)

  this place is AWESOME if you are looking for awesome pets this is the place for you i rate this 5 stars. there fish and hermit crabs are awesome i really love hermit crabs salt water and land hermit crabs and they are always there the employees are very nice and they know what they are talking about. #pet city is awesome

  Few months ago, had a hatian brown on pebbles and under a heat lamp with no water in the dish; had all it's back hairs singed or kicked off and seemed to be malnourished. I bought it on the spot to save him from living like that and it's fine now. Warned them about how rough handling was bad for a semi-agressive species but nothing changed with care or handling. Went in there to see if anything has changed today and they have yet another haitian brown under the same conditions, looks as if it will enter curl soon. Also, 7 budgies in one tiny cage is very bad as well. All the animals in this store besides the fish and rodents look miserable.

  PLEASE do not get your pets from here. I purchased my leatherback bearded dragon from here and she was extremely sick. I did not think she was going to make it the first week I got her. She was extremely under fed and under weight and she was also extremely dehydrated. The lady that sold her to me didnt give me any information on her and couldn't answer any of my questions. I recently went to pet smart and out of curiosity I showed them pictures of my bearded dragon the first day I got her(about 2 months ago now) and they said she looked really sick and extremely underweight. They said they have never seen a bearded dragon that looks so small or sick before. So please never buy your pets from here.

  Actually the worst place to buy an animal. Bought a chinchilla. Hes having heat strokes ever since he left. I had one for years and never got like this And i got a long drive and afraid to take him home and they told me i would be able to get a cash refund before i bought him. And called in and they wont do one thing to help me. Im stuck with him now and chances are he might die and they couldnt care less. They lied to me and dont seem to care much about there animals. And yet i got a 7 day warranty but they wont help me. I suggest not buying anything from here!! Absolutly rediculious!
