  I noticed my house keys were missing on Friday, January 12, 2018. I called every store I had been to that day (such as Walmart and Sobeys) and neither store said they had any keys turned in, but they checked to make sure. When I called this store (Pet Valu), I spoke to a female employee who cut me off when I tried to ask if any keys were turned in. (as they are house keys, I don't drive and had to get a locksmith to get me into my own house!)

  The woman said that she wasn't working the day I lost the keys and for me to call tomorrow; the employees would check to see if a set of keys that looked like mine were there. She didn't even let me describe my keys to her; instead she hung up.

  I can understand being told to call the next day when the employees working on Friday will be working on Monday, but if it were me, I would have asked for the description of the keys and wrote them down, along with the person's contact information. This is another example of Poor Customer Service and I will not be supporting this business anymore; I have a cat and I will be getting his food, litter, and treats somewhere else from now on.

  Disgusting. Fish are in horrible conditions, tanks are covered in algae and rotting fish in corners. They have the poor birds in flat cages they can barely move in, and upon entering today they had a rabbit on a floor, just surrounded by metal fencing and a little blanket under a hide. The employees and the woman who I can only assume is the manager or owner just shoves past you, don't seem educated enough for the job they have, watching how they treat their animals is horrible. I've been in multiple times, never bought anything, never will. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Go to Pet City.

  I shop here all the time for my pet and the staff are very friendly whenever I need help they're always available and you can bring your pet here too it's very clean and well organized you can find just about anything here

  No one offered any help and when I asked the employees response was "ahh... Yeah sure" hesitate about wanting to help me. I purchased some tropical fish and had asked a few common questions about mixing certain fish and pricing and she wasn't sure about mixing the the fish I bought, and told me the fish was $2 cheaper than they actually were. The whole experience was just not professional, and also I was treated poorly and rudely. I will going to pet city next time.
