  After 3 failed attempts at making my order. The staff had the nerve to laugh at the fact that they couldn't get it right. I was forced to get management involved and demand a refund, which also required some convincing. I will not be returning to this location.

  They seem to mess up orders a lot, and the food is usually tasteless (but that could be just me), but is usually pretty quick and hot. The menu items have changed in the 5+ years that I haven't been there, and I miss the good ol' spicy chicken wrap (again just me) burger king needs ideas of what they should make!

  Nice new restaurant. The server I had (maybe a supervisor) gave us exceptional service, he went above and beyond. Very enjoyable visit

  This is fairly close to where I work so I have stopped by on the way home several times. I understand sometimes things get messed up but this happens way too often. First of all- I stop here for other people , not myself as I have learned my lesson . However, FIVE separate times the same thing happened. I order 2 double cheeseburgers with extra cheese and ketchup only. and FIVE times I have paid $0.80 per slice per burger for extra cheese- AND FIVE TIMES my order did not have extra cheese. The slip on the bad said extra and I paid for it. I have to drive 25 minutes each time , so going back isn't an option. So tonight my boyfriend wanted burgers again. I order them- just ketchup and extra cheese. I repeated myself 4 times at the speaker and the cashier repeated it back to me. As I pay, I again say- Those only have ketchup extra cheese , correct? To which his reply was yes, that is correct. I drive into the lot and check them--- no extra cheese and covered in mustard and pickles. I then go back in the store with my slip, stating what I wanted. The cashier guy apologized and I told him it wasn't his fault. He didn't make them. The lady who came over was quick to point out that they did indeed have ketchup and cheese on them..... I said yes along with mustard and pickles and no extra cheese like I paid for. She spoke very poor english and didn't understand what was wrong and was trying to tell me my order was correct. Very frustrating to say the least. I do understand things get messed up and orders sometimes go wrong but FIVE times...come on. Thy had no idea how to read the slip, and didn't understand it at all.

  We go there for breakfast on occasion because BK has great breakfast food. Just like most fast food joints at this time of the year, there were some new staff working on Saturday morning so the food arrived cold and we had to wait an extra while for our tea and coffee. Not typical for this location.
