  I'll meet up here before a movie for dinner with friends. It's a good enough spot. Decent prices, assortment of choices on the menu. The burgers are the best pick if you ask me. Some items seem a bit over priced but I do enjoy trying something new. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual. Family sit down upstairs and the bar and seating is downstairs.

  No one wants to order fresh veg in a restaurant and get soggy steamed broccoli that was in a freezer bag earlier that day. Just get the fries. They are, as mentioned, excellent.

  Usually pretty fast service as many patrons are heading to a movie next door. Specials available for movie-goers.

  The cost however was way too high for the quality that we received. With reduced prices I could see myself going regularly due to the convenience of being in the mall.

  Always friendly and prompt staff ! Food is pretty good but could use an updated or new menu . Been going there for 10 yrs and enjoy it every time :)

  A note: one of the available sides is "sauteed vegetables". What this means is frozen broccoli that has been steamed. I love a good side of sauteed veg but this isn't that.

  That being said, the prices are not reduced, and I would not go back here by choice as a result.

  The food was ok, but nothing I couldn't have made just as easily at home myself with little effort. The aesthetic of the place is a bit off putting, though it is understandable due to the history it's trying to show.

  Not bad. Needs a refresh. Some things on the menu are great, others need help. Great fries, good burgers. The pizzas also look top notch.

  An alright spot to break up your shopping day if you aren't interested in food court options. In my opinion, it is overpriced for many of the items on the menu and the uniforms look quite unprofessional. However, any burger or sandwhich is delicious and I appreciate the ties to St. John's local culture.
