    There was also an incident with our other dog, where they hadn't noticed his nails were bleeding from a trim, until it was brought to their attention. How could they not have noticed when there was blood all over the floor? Suffice it to say we're never going back.

    The cuts themselves were nice-looking. However, last grooming our dog came home with a scratch on his eye. When I asked Dogs Divine about it, they said it couldn't have happened there. Their refusal to accept responsibility is maddening. And expensive, with the subsequent vet bills from the scratch.

    Friendly staff and my dog loves the place! It is difficult to find a good groomer for him (chow chow) because he has so much fur, but I loved the final product and he was happy! Also excellent prices!
