    I decided to buy a car through a dealer instead of a private person as I did not want to go through a lengthy process of checking every car. A car dealer assured me that everything was checked and that a Honda Civic that I was interested in was in great working condition. He even showed me a paper saying that. Well, surprisingly it took him a few minutes to open the car with the key. When asked how such a problem exist in a supposedly thoroughly checked car I was told that the lock got frozen and that's why it's so difficult. Since it was a cold night with below zero temperatures I though that this could be a plausible scenario. Since the car seemed to be in a good working condition I bought it, only to realize following day that the lock was simply damaged, and it took you sometimes dozens of attempts to unlock it. I came back to them, and was told that they had no idea that there was a problem with a lock (seriously). However, I was assured that they would fix it, they just need to organize a mechanic and parts. After more then two weeks, and daily lies ("yes, the part was ordered, we are waiting for its arrival", "yes, we are waiting for the mechanic to call as back") I gave up, and replaced the lock at Honda dealership service myself.

    Very disappointing. The owner really took me for a ride. Charged me for things that he knew he should not have. If this man had any heart at all, he'd be out stealing for a living. Which he is!

    I guess to these people, a customer is a another sucker that is there to take advantage of. Buyer beware!!!

    In summary I was told multiple lies on a daily basis, that they had no idea that there was a problem with the lock, that everything was checked with the car, that the lock did not work because it was frozen, that good winter tires come with the car (when taken to a garage to put them on I was told by a mechanic not to bother, as they are very old and won't even last two months), that they would replace the lock, that the lock was ordered and so on and on. If you really want to be screwed you should definitely visit those car salesmen. They are so amazing, they will repeatedly lie to your face, without blinking.

    Absolutely terrible! I strongly recommend not looking for used cars here. I was looking at 2 used cars, 1 of which I bought as the salesman assured me that I didn't need to try to make a deal for 2 cars at once and he would give me a good price anyway. He then told me that he couldn't give me a price on the second car as it needed to go for an inspection so they could determine if the car needed any work. That sounded reasonable to me, so I left it for them to contact me.

    Of course I never heard back from Chad. So basically, they lied to me to make sure I would buy the first car. Then lied to me over a 3 week period and when the truth came out, lied again about finding me a substitute car. These guys are every bad thing you've ever heard about a used car salesman! I also forgot that they lied about the warranty on the car. Chad stated that the MVI warranty was a full 30 day warranty, yet I noticed a sign posted that said MVI warranty is 50/50 for 30 days. Shady practices and big bold liars. Buyer Beware!

    Needless to say, they didn't contact me and over a 3 week period of me calling and getting different excuses, I finally sent my wife to the dealership to find out what was going on. She was told by The owner, Keith, that his son was interested in the car and that I was the "backup" buyer. It seems Chad, the sales guy, and Keith will say anything to keep a buyer on the hook. I was then told that they had another similar car, with slightly less mileage and that a Chad would confirm with Keith that he could offer me the same price on this car.
