  This is so much more than a gym. It is a total wellness experience and my dealings with the facility supervisor/kinesiologist, Rob, acupuncturist, Chris, administrator, Janet, and director, Mike, have been outstanding. They are a group of problem solvers who make it their goal to help you achieve your goals. Rob's knowledge, empathy, and overall care throughout my sessions with him has increased the quality of my life immeasurably. I cannot recommend this facility enough.

  Great services for community. Definitions is an exemplary facility with exceptional staff. I started getting my treatment here two months ago and now i am able to see great change in my health. The recovery process after my accident seemed to be nearly impossible but Definitions health and wellness has made it possible by their great services.

  Definitions is an exemplary facility with exceptional staff. I started receiving treatment here in 2016 for sport injuries and they have helped me recover and improve my physical performance. Their physiotherapy team helped me prevent injuries by correcting my shortcomings and imbalances.

  Stephanie asked me where I was experiencing my discomfort. When I told her I had none she started her assessment. I feel so much better now. “I was knotted up” and didn’t even know it.

  I’m going to Definitions to gain strength after a car accident. They focus on the issue and developed a personalized treatment plan just for me of course. What an improvement in my strength. Aaron B is fabulous. Knows his stuff! Encourages and pushes just right to yield results. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, contemporary and well appointed facility, has amenities over & above and works with you one on one to help the recovery process. Convienient location, flexible appointment times & lots of parking. And... as it is rehabilitation focused, the gym is not crowded.

  They also have an Assault Airbike which is great workout and hard to come by in the greater metro area.

  My massage therapist Stephanie is outstanding and does her utmost to ensure I get treatment when needed. I would definitely recommended the centre to anyone. Janet the receptionist is amazing, she has gone out of her way many a time to accommodate my busy schedule.
