    Very disappointed in wait times and customer service tonight. Double the wait time we were told and no apologies.

    Well I do not know much about Newfoundland chickens but the 1/4 chicken leg I had was so small that I felty it was not a chicken but rather a chicklette! Plenty of French fries and they were excellant the corn on the cob was extremely dry most likely overlooked. I also ask for a chamomile tea which is on the menu but they tell me they do not have any or ever had any so why on the menu??? Service was fast and the place like most Swiss Chalet needs a major revamp as it looks outdated.

    Service was fast, atmosphere was good, but I paid $16 with tax for a barely cooked veggie burger and fries; not worth the money.
